Our Certificates & Partners
By using our certified products for your promotion, you demonstrate what is important for you: an emancipated, well balanced relationship with your business partners and potentially new customers. Our strive towards an honest and fair dialogue with our partners is emphasized by several labels: the Fairtrade Mark, Fair Rubber (for natural rubber) and NATRUE label as well as the label of the Vegan Society, FSC® and the Halal certificate. By request we can furthermore compensate the carbon dioxide which is emitted during production and as a consequence label the promotional products with the ClimatePartner sign.
Our Fairtrade partners
Personal contact with our producers and suppliers is essential for our work – the Fairtrade idea finally means knowledge and respect of living and production conditions of our partners.
Coconut oil and rubber from Southern India
Kerala and Tamil Nadu in Southern India are regions that we increasingly support. Our rubber and coconut oil are major ingredients in our range.
Almond & Apricot from Pakistan
Almond and apricot oil from our Pakistan partner Mountain Fruits are irrigated with glacial water of the Karakoram and Himalayan mountain range, which has an excellent effect on the quality of agricultural products.
Shea butter from Burkina Faso
Burkina Faso is one of the poorest countries in the world. The „Union of Women Producers of Shea Products“ of Sissili and Ziro (UgPPk s/Z) provides us with organic shea butter utilized in different cosmetic items of our range.
Olives from Palestine
Palestine is the home of our hand-picked olives. Our partner Canaan produces award winning „Zaytoun extra virgin olive oil“, which is utilized in our FAIR SQUARED cosmetics.
Green tea from India
Since 1850, located in the foothills of the Himalaya, Darjeeling is possibly the world’s most famous tea growing region. Our partner there, Ambootia, supplies green tea that is not „just“ organic (certified by iMo), but biodynamic (certified by Demeter). Tea is increasingly used as an ingredient in cosmetics and skin care products. It is considered to have revitalising effects, making the skin feel younger.
Desiccated coconut from Thailand
The desiccated coconut we use comes from small farmers in Thailand who have come together through Green Net. The loss of soil fertility, irregular rainfall and often crushing debt are reasons why these farmers are among the poorest in Thai society. Green Net tries to improve their living conditions in the long term. Switching to organic agriculture, certification, professional help to ensure and maintain quality during harvest as well as marketing and selling by fair trade help raise the incomes of participating small-scale farming families.
Argan oil from Morocco
Tighanimine, a women’s cooperative in Morocco, produces our argan oil. The cooperative has 60 member-owners. In 2011, Tighanimine was the first argan oil producer to be Fairtrade (FLO) certified and now has the right to use the Fairtrade logo.
